Il a fallu un grand Bojan Bogdanovic pour que la Croatie évite le piège hongrois (67 à 58).

Il a fallu attendre le dernier quart-temps (15 à 5) pour que la décision ne se fasse. Bojan Bogdanovic a été on fire avec un match à 23 points et 7 rebonds tandis que Dario Saric a fini avec 15 points et 2 rebonds mais un peu de déchets dans son jeu (1/3 au tir primé et 3 balles perdues). Toutefois cette alerte devrait permettre aux Croates de ne pas trop verser dans l'excès de confiance.
